If you would like help in paying
for some of the more expensive energy efficiency improvements, we have
arranged access to loans through our financial services partners.
Agency service
If you would like to have major
energy efficiency improvements carried out to your property, but do not
want the inconvenience, we can appoint an agreed contractor and supervise
the work on site for you. We can also arrange for payments to be made to
the builder and hold a 5% retention for a 3 month defect liability period.
A fee will be charged for this service.
